Formal Account of Investigation into Alleged Document Forgery and Institutional Response

  • For over 14 years, I have been investigating serious allegations of document forgery, with the matter remaining unresolved despite extensive efforts to seek clarification through official channels.

  • My attempts to obtain answers have included systematic outreach to multiple church authorities, including the South Pacific Area Presidency, the Presiding Bishopric's Office, the Church Auditing Department, and the Office of the First Presidency.

  • When attempting direct communication with the Office of the First Presidency, my calls were redirected to security personnel on two separate occasions, suggesting an unusual level of institutional response to these inquiries.

  • Throughout this extended period, the church's response has been characterized by a concerning pattern of non-engagement, with no substantive explanation or clarification provided regarding the allegations.

  • The document in question, which is alleged to be forged, has received widespread attention, having been viewed by thousands of individuals through the Save CCNZ blog platform.

  • The context of these events intersects with the 2017 excommunication of James Hamula, adding another layer of complexity to the situation.

  • Institutional Consequences:

  • The response to my inquiries has escalated to serious personal consequences, including being labeled as an apostate and having my temple recommend revoked - actions that appear to be attempts to suppress my questions rather than address them.
